Each November Road Horses compete at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair Horse Show in Bike and Wagon Classes, including Championship Classes for each division. The winners of those Championship Classes are named the Canadian Champions. Wagon Championships began in 1949 and the Bike Championships was first held in 1989.
