The Presidents of the five organizations invite you to attend the welcoming reception
Friday, March 30, 2012 - 9:00 pm –12:00 am
Luncheon on Saturday
Tickets to be ordered in advance with dinner tickets - please indicate on the attached form if you are
interested in attending, lunch tickets are $8.00 for Sandwiches/veggies/squares and non-alcoholic beverages.
Any tickets not ordered or paid for prior to February 28, 2012 will be $10.00.
Pizza Lunch for Junior Exhibitors
This is a great opportunity for our juniors to meet old and new friends and hang out together.
Please note that this is open to the junior exhibitors from all
associations.

Youth (12 – 18) $30.00
Child (4 to 11) $15.00
Order your tickets by completing the ticket order form. Include your cheque and return to
the Secretary, Barbara Anness, not later than February 28, 2012. Should you wish to
reserve a table of eight, please indicate the names on the ticket form.
Any tickets not ordered or paid for prior February 28, 2012 will be $55.00 per Adult
